About Coaching:
In today’s competitive marketplace finding new ways to increase individual and team performance is not an option, it’s a necessity. One proven effective method that positively impacts performance is one-on-one and group coaching. Coaching in the business environment is relatively new. In the last five years many corporations have chosen to support their staff by using an outside coach. Every indication is that coaching is not a trend but a well recognized value added business strategy.
Coaching is considered to be a critical component in developing leadership skills. The research indicates that coaching contributes to increased productivity, employee satisfaction as well as providing increased financial contributions through innovation and efficiencies. A recent study conducted by MetrixGlobal LLC determined that the benefits and return on investment for a coaching program is as high as 529%.
Workforce Excellence has a passion for using coaching to help others obtain their goals. We have developed a process that serves as a catalyst for lasting behavioral change. This process is outlined later in this coaching overview.
The coaching partnership can be designed to fit your schedule and your specific performance development objectives.
- Group Coaching
$100.00 per month per person. A three month commitment is required for this option. Group coaching includes one scheduled coaching conference session (by phone) of 60-90 minutes twice each month.
- Level I Coaching:
Includes 3 scheduled coaching sessions of 45 minutes, by phone, plus unlimited e-mail or fax between scheduled sessions. $850.00 per month per person.
- Level II Coaching:
Includes 3 scheduled coaching sessions of 1 hour per week, by phone, plus up to 1 hour unscheduled time during each week to be used at the client’s discretion. This package totals 6 hours per month plus on the spot calls. Clients can call anytime for on-the-spot=coaching. Calls are returned the same day.
- Level III Coaching:
This level is for intensive full day coaching sessions. This level is designed to help executives deal with significant business problems and leadership issues. At a mutually agreed upon site the coach engages the coachee with a focus on developing an action plan that can be immediately deployed to positively address the opportunities. Intensive full day one-on-one coaching sessions are $3,000.00 per day.
- Level IV Coaching:
Intensive face-to-face one on one half-day coaching session with unlimited on-line follow up for a one year time period. This level has been designed to help managers and executives develop solutions to business problems that have a sense of urgency.
