I believe that people are the company’s greatest asset. As Founder of the Center for Workforce Excellence, I along with my affiliates are committed to providing services that help organizations develop world class employees. We work with organizations that have a desire to advance their business by enhancing individual and team capabilities.

The workforce has been experiencing dramatic changes for some time. Unfortunately, most organizations have not taken the opportunity to assess what these changes will mean in terms of business success in the short term and in the long term. The Center for Workforce Excellence studies workforce changes and offers insights, strategies and solutions to help organizations successfully meet these challenges by developing leaders who are capable of harnessing the greatest of the most diverse workforce in history.

As a former senior executive for a Fortune 100 Company, I have experienced the returns from developing a team that is empowered to create, innovate and drive change that facilitates breakthrough results. There is nothing more exciting in business that watching positive growth. Fostering an environment where these activities can occur requires strong leadership. It is for this reason that there is an underlying leadership theme in all the work that we do.

I’m convinced that developing your people is one of the most important aspects of an organizations strategy. I have a personal passion and commitment to produce products and services that unlock the greatest in each member of your team.

I am often asked to give keynote speeches and facilitate workshops for organizations, conferences and conventions regarding workforce and leadership development.
